It's been over three years since Andrus Fisher went missing, and I can't help but wonder about the technology aspect of these cases. Has there been any discussion or mention of phone tracking in his disappearance? In so many cases, the last known location from a cell phone ping can offer crucial insights, even if it's just to narrow down a search area. I know in some cases family members can access phone records with the right processes. Does anyone know if this was looked into for Andrus? Seems like it would be a basic step, but it's strange considering how scarce the leads are. Any thoughts or similar experiences in other cases would be appreciated.
