Wow, just saw the news about this awful incident in Phoenix. I can't even begin to imagine the pain their family and friends must be going through right now. I'm trying to wrap my head around how something so devastating could happen to such a young family. It’s just too much. I keep thinking about little Jacob and how his life was cut so tragically short. It’s beyond heartbreaking when a child’s life is involved, and knowing that he won’t get to grow up, make friends, or discover who he could have been is just crushing. And Sarah—pregnant and looking forward to this new chapter in her life with a new baby on the way. I can’t fathom the depth of this tragedy. I hope we'll eventually get more details on what led to this as the investigation unfolds, but for now, my thoughts are with those who were close to them. Have any of you heard anything from community support groups or ways to assist the family in honoring Jacob and Sarah’s memories?

Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the neighbors who witnessed the aftermath of the tragic events on March 21 near 16th Street and South Mountain. I cannot begin to imagine the agony they must be feeling. Those who live close to us often become an extended family of sorts, and having to process such a horrific event, especially involving a child like Jacob Jr. and Sarah, is unimaginable. I wonder how they're holding up and if any local groups or counselors have been organized to support them through this incredibly tough time. It's crucial to create a supportive environment not only for the surviving family members but for the wider community who may be profoundly impacted by this. If anyone knows of any community outreach efforts in Phoenix following this tragedy or ways we can get involved, please share. It's vital that we try and bring some light back to those enduring such dark moments. Sending thoughts to all affected.
