I’ve been following Joey Roberts’ case, and the fact that his remains were found near Crown Hill Cemetery is so puzzling. It makes me wonder if anyone recalls seeing him around that area after his release. It seems like such a public place, and yet there were no reports of sightings or any clues all these years. Is it possible there were witnesses who didn’t know what they saw or dismissed it at the time? Maybe someone has information without realizing its importance. I hope more light is shed on what happened to him during those three years. Anyone else familiar with the area or have any thoughts?
Has anyone else been following the Joey Roberts case from Albany? The fact that his remains were found so close to Crown Hill Cemetery seems so eerie to me. It's like he was right there all along, and nobody knew. I wonder if this might open up any new lines of inquiry regarding his movements after he was released from the Lee County Jail. How did he end up there? Is it possible that someone saw him in that area back in 2020 and kept quiet for some reason? The whole situation leaves me with more questions than answers. I really hope the GBI can figure out what happened. Thoughts?
Hey everyone, I’ve been following Joey Roberts’ case for a while and something just doesn't sit right with the whole situation surrounding his release from Lee County Jail. From what I've gathered, he left with barely anything on him, so where could he have gone, or who could he have met up with afterward? It’s strange nothing came up in the initial searches. Plus, that cemetery is pretty close to where he vanished, and yet, it took this long to find him. I wonder if there's any CCTV footage from nearby businesses or traffic cameras around the time he disappeared. If anyone from the area knows about this or can get access to more info, every little bit could help as they piece together those last moments. Thoughts?
