Hey everyone, I came across something really curious and wanted to see what others might think. Remember the recent update about Deborah Ellen Farley potentially being spotted in that Palm Springs newspaper photo? I was wondering how reliable those sightings usually are. It got me thinking about how often people are misidentified in photos, especially with the city addressing the homeless situation. Maybe the focus on enforcement could have caused Deborah to stay off the radar if it is her? If it was a genuine sighting, it's strange no one recognized her sooner, right? Just trying to make sense of this – what do you all think about photo identifications in these cases? Hope someone has more insight! Thanks!
