Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Isaiah Petite's shooting, and something that's really been weighing on my mind is the impact this tragedy must be having on the local community in south-central Phoenix. It's just so unsettling to think about how such violence can strike so close to home. Given the circumstances, I can't help but wonder about how community dynamics are being affected by this. Are locals banding together to support each other and push for change, or do these events create more fear and division? The reports of gun violence are all too common, and it feels like everyone is incredibly on edge. I feel for Isaiah's family and friends during this unbelievably difficult time. I'm hoping that, in addition to finding justice for Isaiah, there might be some silver lining in terms of bringing the community closer to prevent more devastating occurrences in the future. Has anyone here seen or experienced any community efforts or rallies in response to this tragedy? It'd be great to hear if people are coming together and taking a stand against the violence. Stay safe, everyone. ?
