Hey everyone,
I've been following the case of Dontavis Givens, the 13-year-old who went missing from Chicago, and something that really stands out to me is the timing of when he was reported missing. It's interesting that the case was filed with the Chicago PD on the same day he disappeared, but it wasn't added to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System until a month later.
I can't help but wonder why there was such a delay. Was it just an administrative issue, or was there a reason they waited? In cases like this, time is so crucial. Hoping the police have some good leads they're following up on. What do you all think? Could this delay have affected the investigation in any way?
