I’ve been following the Eric Cruz case closely since the news broke, and one thing that struck me was the swift response by the Yuma County Sheriff's Office. It’s reassuring to see law enforcement moving so quickly in such a tragic situation. My heart goes out to Eric’s family and friends during this incredibly difficult time. It's just so awful to think someone could be taken away like this. What I’m curious about is the location where his body was found. Does anyone have insight into why Avenue G and County 21st Street could be significant? I wonder if anyone in the community noticed anything unusual in the days leading up to the discovery. Hopefully, continuing community support and vigilance can help investigators piece together what happened.
