Has anyone else been following the case of Jesse Benich's murder in Phoenix? It's absolutely devastating to hear about what happened to him. I can't stop thinking about how this sort of thing could happen in someone's everyday neighborhood, right among us. The police said they found him near 27th Avenue and Solano Drive, which isn’t far from a school and several family homes. It’s really unsettling to think that something so violent could occur in an area where people should feel safe. I truly hope the community comes together to support Jesse’s friends and family during this awful time, and that someone with information can help the police catch whoever is responsible. It’s important that we all stay vigilant and look out for our neighbors. If there's any vigil or memorial planned, I'd love to go and pay my respects. Keeping Jesse’s loved ones in my thoughts.
