Does anyone have any more information on how Jamal Avery is doing after he was taken to the hospital? My heart goes out to his family and friends who must be going through such an incredibly difficult time right now. He’s so young, just starting out in life, and it’s gut-wrenching to think of him being caught in such a terrifying situation. Alan and Jamal were just there to work and didn't deserve to be met with such violence. It's really reassuring to hear that people have been setting up fundraisers to support their families. This community always comes together in times of need, and even if I'm not in the area, I’d love to help in any way I can. If anyone has links or knows how to contribute, please share!

Hey everyone, I can't stop thinking about why things went so far that day. It’s deeply upsetting to hear about an argument escalating to such a horrific level of violence. I’ve heard so many friends and family saying that Alan Whitworth was the kind of guy who could talk to anyone, the guy who'd make you laugh with his stories. How did things go so wrong? I think this brings up an important conversation we need to have about conflict resolution, especially in workplaces like construction where tensions can flare. But seriously, a life's been taken and so many are changed forever because of it. The fact that Alan had just started his own electric company makes this even more tragic. He was working so hard for his family and now that opportunity to build a legacy is just...gone. My heart goes out to Jamal too—at only 19, he’s fighting for his life because of something so senseless. It makes you wonder how we can better protect young people who are just starting out in these challenging environments. Sending love and strength to both families. If anyone knows more about how we can support them, please share. We need to rally as a community to help them through this dark time.

I just came across some details about the tragic shooting in Phoenix and can't stop thinking about how terrifying it must have been for Jamal Avery. At only 19 years old, facing life-threatening injuries from such an unexpected act of violence—it’s just unimaginable. I hope he's getting the best care possible and has a strong support system around him right now. It’s like an episode out of a crime show with how fast everything escalated from a simple argument to something so devastating. Sending my thoughts to Jamal and his family, praying for a strong recovery. It’s tough to wrap your mind around how something like this can happen over a disagreement when you're just doing your job. Has anyone else heard if there's an update on Jamal’s condition? I want to believe he’s pulling through. If there’s anything we can do to support him and his family, it would be great to know. Stay safe, everyone.
