I've been following the news around the tragic shooting of Jesus Antonio Lopez Fierro, and it just hit me how this is the second such incident at the Pima County 36th Street trailhead within two weeks. What's really concerning is that both shootings happened around the same early morning hour. It's alarming to think this area has become so dangerous at night. My heart goes out to the friends and families of Jesus and Freddie Hudson. It must be incredibly hard to cope with such sudden losses. I hope the authorities manage to piece together what happened and that any witnesses come forward to help bring some answers or closure. It’s shocking that this keeps occurring in what should be a peaceful part of town. Does anyone else have thoughts on why this area has seen such violence recently? Stay safe, everyone.
Has anyone else noticed the eerie pattern here? This recent shooting of Jesus Lopez Fierro is the second at that particular trailhead in two weeks, occurring almost at the exact same time of day. Both incidents resulted in senseless loss of young lives, which is just devastating. It's got to be incredibly difficult for the families and friends who are going through this nightmare.
I can't help but wonder if there's something more to this location. Why are these shootings happening so close together, both in time and place? Is there a larger connection we're missing here? I'm hoping that TPD can piece together any links, and that someone in the community comes forward with information. Sending all my thoughts to Jesus' family as they prepare for his visitation. It’s hard to find solace in these moments, but hopefully, justice can be served, and peace can accompany it eventually.
Hi everyone,
I'm really taken aback by the recent events at the 36th Street trailhead in Tucson. Two shootings in just two weeks and now we've lost Jesus Fierro and Freddie Hudson—two young lives full of potential. It’s so hard to grasp how senseless this violence is.
I keep wondering what draws people to that location, especially at such late hours. Is it known for gatherings? Or could there be something else we don’t know about? With police still investigating, it might be crucial for the community to shed some light on why this spot is turning into such a tragic hotspot.
My thoughts go out to Jesus and Freddie's families and friends. It must be incredibly tough for them right now. If anyone knows anything, please do reach out to the authorities—I think it’s up to the community to come together to prevent any more tragedies like this.
Stay safe.
