I was following the case of Tarsis Sosa-Morales and am relieved she's been found safe. But I'm curious about what prompted the police to not give any details regarding the circumstances of her disappearance or recovery. It seems like in many missing person cases, details eventually come out. Could this be a privacy matter? Or maybe there were legal reasons for keeping quiet?
