Has anyone else thought about the sound of gunshots that night? I’m curious if anyone in the neighborhood heard anything unusual around 12:10 am on July 21, 2002, when Charles Booker was tragically shot. Those kinds of details could be so important to piecing together what happened. It's difficult to believe that no one heard anything, especially given how populated that area is. I can only imagine the pain his family is going through, not having answers after all these years.
