Anyone else puzzled by Anna Belle Bettger’s mention of the Virgin Islands before she went missing? It's such a curious detail that sticks out in the case but kind of feels like a giant piece of an unknown puzzle. Could it have been a passing thought, or was it an indication of something more planned? The lack of further information about her intentions that day leaves so many possible scenarios about her mindset. I wonder if she ever actually had connections in the Virgin Islands or if it was more of an aspiration. In such a small and interconnected community like Grand Marais, it's hard to believe someone could simply vanish. I hope anyone who might have any details—no matter how insignificant they might think they are—steps forward. You never know, a tiny piece of information might be the missing link.
