I was digging around for more info on Denis Yovany Alfaro's disappearance, and I noticed something odd. It seems like Denis's case was entered into the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) more than a month after he was reported missing. I understand that sometimes there's a delay, but a whole month feels substantial. Does anyone know if this is typical, or if something could have caused the delay? Maybe there's more going on behind the scenes that we're not privy to. It just seems crucial that a young teen's case should be on the radar as quickly as possible. Let's hope that having the case in the system now helps bring in more leads. What do you all think—is the delay in entering the case into NamUs a red flag, or am I reading too much into it?
