Vincent Lee Douglas, aged 26, was last seen on January 24, 1997, in Albany, Georgia. On the night of his disappearance, he was spotted leaving the parking lot of a nightclub, The House of Jazz, in a gray 1994 Mazda Protege, which was later reported stolen. The vehicle has never been recovered. Douglas, a Black male standing 5'10" and weighing 170 pounds, had visible burn marks on his forehead and the tops of both hands.
