Has anyone else been thinking about the role the snowstorm played that week? It's almost eerie how it kept Ashley’s kids from being at her place during that tragic night. The added time Hove decided to keep them due to the storm—I mean, it’s chilling and comforting at the same time. Reading about that decision gave me goosebumps. It's a small silver lining in such a horrible event. I can't imagine the pain her children will face growing up without their mother, but at least they were spared from witnessing such trauma. My thoughts are with them and Hove as they try to navigate through this nightmare. It’s a reminder of how unpredictable life can be and how important it is to hold loved ones close.
