Has anyone else noticed how often non-verbal children seem to be at the center of these custody disputes? I can't begin to imagine how hard it must be for Keawe, being separated from familiar surroundings and not being able to express himself verbally. It's deeply concerning that some parents resort to taking children in the middle of disputes like this. I'm wondering if there have been sightings in Hawaii, considering investigators think they might have headed there. The community here has always been resourceful – has anyone from the Hawaii forums noticed any local news updates or alerts about this case? We need to help spread the word and keep an eye out!
