Has anyone looked into the possibility of David Barber leaving town voluntarily? Seventeen is such a tricky age, and I wonder if there were any signs that he was planning to leave. Did he have any disagreements with friends or family around the time he went missing? I know sometimes young people just need to "escape" for a while. It could be helpful to know if he took any personal items or extra clothes with him. It might point us in a whole different direction if there's a chance he intended to start fresh somewhere new.
