I've been following Savannah Yellow Hawk's case closely, and something interesting is the role social media is playing. Just yesterday, I saw a post circulating on a local Rapid City Facebook group dedicated to missing persons. Many people are sharing her picture and details, and it seems to be helping widen the search efforts. It's amazing to see how quickly information can spread online. Given that details are pretty limited, I'm hopeful that someone might have seen or heard something and come forward. I think everyone in the community stepping up this way really makes a difference. Has anyone else noticed this trend in other cases too? It's like virtual neighborhood watch on steroids.
