Has anyone noticed if there have been similar cases of teens disappearing in the Norfolk, VA area recently? It seems unusual that details about Jamarri Raashad Harper’s disappearance are scarce. I wonder if there's a connection with other cases or if it's just a coincidence. It might be helpful for those in the area to think back to March 19th and check any security cameras in the neighborhood or dashcam footage around that time. Sometimes the smallest clue could help in getting Jamarri back home safely. Thoughts or any insights, anyone?
