Has anyone else been following the tragic case of Andrew Burgos? The fact that this happened in a residential area is so unsettling. I used to live near East 24th Street, and it's terrifying to think about such violence happening there. I feel deeply for Andrew's family and friends—they have to continue their lives while grappling with such a senseless loss. It seems like the violence in Wilmington just keeps escalating, and it's worrying not just for the people directly affected, but for the community as a whole. The fact that there’s talk of potential gang activity makes it even more concerning. It feels like the city deserves more attention and action to curb this violence. My heart goes out to those who knew Andrew. They deserve justice and some semblance of peace.

It's been a few years since Andrew Burgos was taken from us in such a tragic way, and I can't help but think about how devastating it must be for his family and friends to still not have answers. From what I've read, Andrew was well-loved and had so much going for him. I really hope that someone comes forward with more information soon. It's always so frustrating when these cases linger without resolution, especially when it's clear that there are people out there who know something. Wilmington has been through enough with the violence; it's time for closure for Andrew's family. If there's anyone with even the smallest bit of information, please consider reaching out to the authorities. It's never too late to help bring justice. Thinking of Andrew and everyone who loved him today.
