Anthony F. Singleton, 38, was fatally shot in the early morning hours of August 1, 2004. At about 2:47 a.m. he had just left the Tacoma Station Night Club in Northwest Washington and was walking to his vehicle parked in a lot in front of the Grand China Carryout on the 6900 block of Blair Road NW when he was struck multiple times and killed.
The Metropolitan Police Department opened a homicide investigation but reported no motive at the time. The case remains open and unsolved; no arrests have been announced and no suspects have been publicly identified.
If anyone saw activity around the Grand China Carryout that night or has information about Singleton’s movements after leaving the club, please contact investigators with any details that might help bring justice.
