Has anyone else looked into the recent weather conditions in Eugene around the time Kyra Lockwood went missing? It was pretty rainy that entire week. I'm wondering if that might have disrupted any potential outdoor search efforts or if she might have taken shelter somewhere. I know sometimes such details can affect search operations and the movement of individuals. Curious to hear your thoughts or if someone has more information on how weather impacted the initial search efforts.
