Hey everyone, I can't stop thinking about the impact this tragedy has had on the local community, especially considering Marie's connection with the Aurora Volunteer Fire Department. It's just unfathomable to imagine the same department she dedicated her time to had to respond to such a devastating scene involving one of their own. I’ve heard from some friends in the area that she was one of those people who always went above and beyond, always with a smile. I can’t even begin to imagine the emotional toll this has taken on her friends and colleagues. How do you even begin to process and heal from something like this when it hits so close to home? It's a stark reminder of how interconnected and fragile life in a small community can be. My thoughts are with everyone stumbling through this loss and trying to find some form of peace. Stay safe out there.

Has anyone else been thinking about the firefighter response time to the fire at Marie Robbins' house? It's been bothering me—there’s this feeling that maybe, just maybe, things could have turned out differently with a faster response. I can't imagine the heartbreak the Aurora Volunteer Fire Department members must be feeling, losing someone who was so dedicated to their community. Being in that line of work, and then having to respond to a tragedy involving one of their own, must be insanely difficult. I'm just hoping somewhere down the line, we get some additional insights, like if there were any obstacles they faced that morning or if protocol changes could make a difference in the future. We’re all pulling for Marie’s family and the tight-knit community trying to process this.
