Hey everyone. I was digging more into Tiereney Leanne Kelly's case, and something struck me about her tattoos. It's intriguing how tattoos can often tell a story or symbolize something deeply personal. Her tattoos—like the starfish and tribal-looking turtle—seem unique and might have been significant to her. Does anyone here know what these tattoos might symbolize or if there are any local tattoo artists in Oregon that she might have frequented? They could potentially remember her or have more insights. Just thinking that there might be a network or a story behind these tattoos that we haven't tapped into yet. Thoughts?
