Has anyone been following the lawsuit against the Emerald City Casino? I recently read about the victims' families suing for negligence and wrongful death, and it got me thinking about how establishments are supposed to protect their patrons. It's deeply concerning that a tragedy like this could happen, and my heart goes out to Wendy Joanne Carlson’s family, along with the others affected. I wonder if the casino had any prior security issues or if this was something totally unexpected. It’s so important for places like casinos to have airtight security measures. You'd think they’d have around-the-clock security and surveillance, right? What do you think the outcome of the lawsuit will be? Hopefully, it brings some form of justice and closure to the families.
