Has anyone looked into the connection between Henry Porter and Erika Miller? It seems odd that they would flee together and end up in such a tragic situation. I’ve been reading some reports suggesting they might have shared more than just a casual acquaintance. Some people are saying they knew each other for years. It’s so devastating to think how this all unfolded. I can't help but wonder what drove them to this point. Does anyone know more about their relationship or have any insight into why they might have felt they had no option but to flee? My heart goes out to all the families involved, having to navigate such a complicated and painful situation.

I know both of them and it was a casual acquaintance. I believe they met at a twelve step meeting or their meeting was somehow connected to the recovery community. Both of them had recently been in treatment for substance abuse, although not at the same time.
