Has anyone else been following the case of Miley Perez? I've been going through some local news articles and noticed they haven't released much info about her medical needs. It's so concerning that this isn't being discussed more. If she's in need of anything urgent, time is critical. Just hoping somebody close by spots her and can get her the help she might need. I wish there was more we could do from afar... Anyone from the San Antonio area with more updates?
