I've been thinking a lot about the staff at the hotel in Great Falls where Vanessa Clancy's tragic murder occurred. It must have been incredibly traumatic for them to come across such a horrifying scene. I wonder how the hotel management is supporting their employees through this difficult time. Are they offering counseling or other support services? It's so important that they provide resources to help them process and cope with the aftermath of this tragic event. My heart goes out to Vanessa's family and friends, and to everyone else affected by this tragedy.
