Hey everyone, I was just looking into David Howell's disappearance, and something that's been puzzling me is the timeframe between when he was last seen on January 22 and when the public announcement was made on January 27. It's almost a full five days before they reached out to the public. I know sometimes there's a delay in these things, but I'm curious if anyone knows why it might have taken that long? Did the family try finding him on their own first, or was there some other reason for the late announcement? Also, given his distinctive outfit, I'm surprised there haven't been more sightings reported. Camo hoodies aren't exactly rare, but paired with the black Crocs and gray sweatpants, you'd think someone would remember seeing him. Anyway, just wondering if anyone here has any thoughts on the timeline or the investigation process. Hoping this gets resolved soon.
