I've been following the Moses Shearer case closely, and my heart really goes out to his family and friends during this difficult time. One aspect that's been on my mind is the level of collaboration between the different law enforcement agencies in the search and arrest of Layman. It's not often we see this kind of inter-agency effort in smaller communities, and it seems like it really paid off in quickly apprehending the suspect. I wonder how much pre-planned coordination exists between these agencies and how they managed to mobilize so efficiently. If anyone has insights into how these collaborations typically work, I'd really appreciate it. It's a small comfort knowing that they worked so hard to ensure justice for Moses.
