I’ve been thinking about the impact Devon Johnson's murder has had on the community, and it's truly hard to process. I grew up not too far from the area, and it's horrifying to see a young life cut short in such a violent way. It’s reassuring to know that the police are tirelessly working to solve the case and have been actively encouraging people to come forward with any information. I hope anyone with even the slightest bit of info will have the courage to speak up, maybe someone saw or heard something unusual that night at 1716 17th Street, SE? Every bit helps, and sometimes it's the smallest detail that can break a case wide open. My thoughts are with Devon’s family and friends—they deserve answers and justice.
