I’ve been thinking a lot about how Chris Shewokis seemed to live a full and vibrant life, especially with his love for the outdoors and aviation. It’s clear he shared his passions with those around him, which makes this tragedy all the more difficult to process. I find it touching to read about his involvement in the aviation community and how he worked in various roles, shaping his career around something that gave him joy. It’s heartbreaking for his family and friends, especially knowing how deeply he connected with life through his interests like being a licensed pilot and a fan of astronomy. My thoughts go out to Suzanne, Sarah, and Samantha, along with everyone else who knew and loved him. I hope they find some comfort in the many happy memories they’ve shared with Chris.
