Hey everyone, I’ve been digging through some old files and stumbled upon the case of Stephen Christopher Beard from 2001. Something that caught my attention is the fact that he was known to hang around nightclubs on North Avenue, Calvert, and Charles Streets in Baltimore. I find it curious because it’s not every day you hear about a 14-year-old being a regular in those kinds of places.
