Has anyone else looked into the dual citizenship angle for Wayne Kosaku Sawyer's disappearance? It strikes me that having both US and Japanese citizenship might have complicated the ability to track him internationally, especially if his mother decided to move between countries over the years. From what I've read, Japan’s policies might make it challenging for US authorities to intervene, especially if Wayne's mother has been using his Japanese name, Issa Mori, and passing under the radar. An age-progressed photo has been released, but if his mother has taken steps to integrate him fully into life in Japan, it might not be enough. I'm really curious about how dual citizenship could play a role in cases like this. Does anyone have insights?
