Does anyone else find it odd that there's virtually no public information about Joanne J. Constant's case from 1961? It's frustrating how little we know, especially since she was just a child and deserved so much better. I've tried looking into newspaper archives and other records, but it's like her story has been lost to time. Her family must have gone through so much pain and confusion without any answers or justice. Anyone here have tips on how to dig deeper into cold cases like this? Maybe through historical societies or old local newspaper clippings? Any insight would be appreciated.
