Has anyone looked into the area where Hector went missing in Fredericksburg? I've read about cases where kids disappeared around the same time, and it turned out there were environmental factors that hindered search efforts, like dense woods or bodies of water. Fredericksburg is pretty wooded in places, and I'm wondering if the terrain might have played a role in delaying any search operations back in 2021. Anyone local who knows the area have any insight on whether the police might have called in K9 units or any search and rescue teams early on? Thinking terrain might be a factor could help focus new searches if needed.
Has anyone here been able to dig into any connections Hector might've had with local hangout spots in Fredericksburg? I heard from a neighbor that the area around the old rec center was a popular spot for teens. Maybe he was meeting someone there or had plans? I know the police are actively investigating, but local tips about these places could really help. If anyone else knows more about where kids often went to spend their time, or if they heard anything from their own kids, please share! Every little detail could mean something.
