Sebastian Rueda was 11 when he was last seen in Clifton Heights, Pennsylvania, on October 25, 2022. He is described as biracial (Black and Hispanic), with brown hair and brown eyes. Sebastian disappeared alongside his younger brother Kristoff; both boys have not been located.

Investigators believe the boys were taken by their non-custodial mother, Alexandria Hepburn, and a felony warrant was issued for her arrest. Authorities suspect Hepburn may have left the country with the children, with possible destinations including the Bahamas or the United Kingdom. The Ridley Township Police Department and national missing children organizations have been involved and continue to seek leads.

The case is being treated as parental abduction with an international angle. If anyone saw Sebastian, Kristoff, or Alexandria Hepburn around late October 2022, or has information about travel to the Bahamas or the United Kingdom involving them, please share what is known with the investigating agency.
