Hey everyone,
I've been following the tragic case of Damon Ward, and something that's been bothering me is the language aspect. It's reported that the suspects were speaking Amharic, yet one of them was fluent in English. It makes me wonder if this linguistic detail is significant in identifying them. Could it mean the suspects have been living in the area for a while, blending in? Or perhaps they've had a connection with the community that might make someone remember them?
It's so troubling to think that there could be people out there who might have seen or overheard something but haven't come forward yet. Damon's loss is an indescribable tragedy for his family, and I really hope more people pay attention to these smaller details. Language can be such a crucial identifier. If anyone has info, no matter how small it seems, please share it with authorities. Hopefully, justice for Damon and peace for his family isn't too far off.
Thoughts?
