Hey everyone, I've been following Shiloh Lminggio's case and wanted to throw out a random thought. I keep thinking about how much the weather might have been a factor when she went missing. January in Virginia Beach can be unpredictable—sometimes mild, sometimes really cold. Depending on what she was wearing, could the weather have played a role in where she went or who she met up with? If she wasn't dressed for cold temps, maybe she sought shelter, or if it was mild, she felt comfortable staying out longer than planned? Just thinking aloud here. Also, maybe weather conditions affected who might've been around that day... Did anyone notice anything unusual or people acting differently because of the day's climate? Keep the details coming, everyone, and let's all keep sharing this info far and wide.
