Hey everyone, I've been following the Robert Wone case intensely, and something that's been troubling me is the lack of definitive forensic evidence linking anyone to the stabbing. It's like the more you dig, the more confusing it gets. Given that Wone had three stab wounds, you would expect a chaotic scene with lots of evidence. Yet, the crime scene seemed eerily sanitized—how is that possible? What's really sticking with me is the idea that Wone might have been incapacitated before the attack, a theory that crossed my mind again after revisiting some of the discussion around the autopsy findings. Even though the toxicology report didn't show any drugs, could there have been a paralytic that metabolized quickly or wasn't detectable with the tests used at the time? And if so, does that change how we view the sequence of events and who might have been involved? I can't imagine the pain Katherine Wone and Robert's family must feel, dealing with all these unanswered questions. It's so frustrating to think that someone out there might hold the key to this case but isn't coming forward. My heart goes out to them, and I hope for a breakthrough soon. What do you guys think? Any theories on why the evidence seems to lead nowhere?

Has anyone else been puzzled by the lack of defensive wounds on Robert Wone? I was reading up on this case, and something about that really sticks out to me. It’s as if he didn’t have any time to react or defend himself, which seems odd given the severity of the attack. With all the speculation about him being incapacitated, it makes me wonder if there was some way he couldn’t fight back. It’s chilling to think about the fear he must have felt, and even more so if he was unable to move. My heart goes out to his family, having to search for answers year after year with so many questions still lingering. Would love to hear other thoughts on this aspect of the case.

Just stumbled upon the Wone case again, and something that keeps sticking with me is the puncture marks found on his body. It’s baffling that they suggested the possibility of a paralytic agent being used, yet no traces were found in the toxicology reports. How is it possible to administer something without leaving even a hint of it behind? It's almost like a ghost in the evidence trail. My heart goes out to Robert's family, especially with the case still unresolved and those pieces of evidence just lingering unanswered. Does anyone think there's any chance of new forensic technology giving us more insight, or are we at a dead end with this one?
