Wow, I stumbled upon Charlie Evans' case today, and it's really stuck with me. It's tough to believe this happened almost two decades ago, and there's still no closure for his family. I live not too far from 1st Street, NE, and often think about how events like this ripple through the community. I've heard the MPD is still actively pursuing leads, which is commendable, but I wonder about the challenges they face with cases that grow cold over the years. It's inspiring to see that the reward for information is still up; hopefully, it motivates someone to speak up. If anyone in the community knows something—even something that seems trivial—it could help. Justice for Charlie would mean so much, not only for his loved ones but also for the neighborhood.
