I've been following the tragic case of Curtis Watkins and Andre "Buckethead" Pee, and my heart goes out to their families and friends who are still seeking justice after all these years. It's particularly upsetting that despite the reward and efforts from the police, there hasn't been a breakthrough yet. I’ve been thinking a lot about the location where this happened—the 3400 block of 13th Place, SE. I lived near that area for a few years and remember it vividly. It’s hard to believe something so awful could happen there. It’s important that we all remember that these aren't just news stories but real people with loved ones who are still suffering. I hope someone with information about what happened that night finds the courage to step forward. Maybe there's someone out there who saw or heard something and doesn't realize how crucial their piece of the puzzle could be.
