Has anyone else been keeping up with the investigation into Thomas McCandless's tragic death on the North Shore? I can't stop thinking about the timeline of his last days. It's unsettling how little information was initially shared regarding his activities before the murder. I wonder if anyone near his home might have seen something out of the ordinary. It's such a tight-knit area, and there's a strong sense of community there. It seems odd that someone with such deep ties to the community could be targeted in such a way. If anyone has theories or insight, I think it could really help keep his story alive. My heart goes out to his loved ones who must be going through unimaginable pain during this investigative process. Let's hope justice is served soon.
Hey everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about how HK was such a big part of our surfing and skateboarding community. It's really hard to grasp that someone who brought so much energy and creativity to our lives is gone under such tragic circumstances. A few friends and I were reminiscing about some of the custom boards he crafted over the years, and it struck me how personal his work was. Each piece he created seemed to hold a piece of him, and that makes this loss even more significant.
I just can't shake the feeling that maybe there's something in the days leading up to his death that could help us understand what happened. If anyone else noticed something unusual or remembers seeing HK around that time, please don't keep it to yourself. Sharing even the smallest detail could make a difference. His family deserves answers and we're all hoping for justice.
Sending love and strength to everyone affected by this. Let's keep supporting each other and do our best to honor HK's memory.
Stay safe,
