I'm trying to wrap my head around the tragedy that happened to the Kaleiopu family. My heart really goes out to them during this difficult time. It’s unsettling to hear that the shooting was speculated to be targeted, but the motive is still a mystery. With the suspects still unidentified, it makes me wonder what the underlying issues were that led to such a grim act. I can't imagine the pain for the family, not only losing two loved ones but also not having any answers yet. I’m hoping that more information comes to light soon and that justice can be served for Solomon and his father. Anyone else from the area have thoughts or heard updates? Let’s hope the community can come together to support them and bring some peace to the family.

I've been following the tragic case of Solomon Kaleiopu III and his father, Solomon Kaleiopu Jr., who were so senselessly taken on January 14, 2020, in Waianae. My heart goes out to their family and friends as they navigate this devastating time. It’s chilling to think that two suspects could arrive with such malicious intent in what should be the safety of one's home. The fact they got away in a black Toyota truck without any apparent motive makes this even more unsettling. I’ve been wondering if there might’ve been any previous incidents or disputes leading up to this that could have sparked such targeted violence. It’s hard to fathom these kinds of events happening out of the blue, and hopefully, as more information comes to light, we might understand the bigger picture. It must be incredibly frustrating for those close to the victims to wait for answers while justice remains elusive. If anyone local has seen anything unusual in the area or heard any whispers, it could be crucial for bringing those responsible to account. Stay safe, everyone, and let's hope justice is served sooner rather than later.
