Hey all, I've been following this case closely and something that sticks out to me is the role of the apartment building's management in all this. The manager was the one who discovered the bodies and called the police, which must have been incredibly traumatic. I can't even imagine the shock and horror they experienced walking into that scene. I'm wondering if anyone else finds it strange that the door was ajar and the window was open when the manager arrived. Could this indicate that the victims knew their attacker and there was initially no forced entry? Or is it possible someone else was involved or witnessed something and left in a hurry? The community’s support for the manager and residents of the building is more important than ever. Hoping for peace and healing for everyone affected. Thoughts?

Has anyone else been following the recent updates on the tragic Fairview apartment murders? I can't get over the chilling detail about the bloody handprints. It makes me wonder about the psychological aspect of this case. What kind of person could do something so heinous and then try to walk back their involvement with such a flimsy alibi? My heart goes out to the families of Marie Riley and George Tretikoff. Also, what role do you think the timing of Ligons' release from jail might have played in this crime? The whole thing feels so surreal and deeply unsettling. It's hard to come to terms with the fact that this unfolded in the heart of Anchorage. Anyone else monitoring how the legal process is progressing?
