Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Daniel Arana, and something that I noticed got me thinking. Did anyone else see the posts about the weather conditions around Newport News on the day he disappeared? Apparently, it was pouring down rain that day. I'm wondering if the bad weather might have affected his movements or if it could be a reason why there aren't more witnesses or security footage available. Maybe he took a different route home to avoid the rain? Or maybe people who might have seen something were trying to stay dry and didn't notice him?
