Has anyone else noticed the eerie coincidence connected to the location of these incidents? It's deeply unsettling to think that both Chief Smith and Officer Kimberly were killed at the same spot less than a year apart. It's almost as if something sinister is tied to that house on Piedmont Avenue. When tragedies strike so close together in the same place, it makes you wonder about the stories those walls would tell if they could talk. My heart goes out to the families and colleagues who had to endure losing two brave officers so tragically. Isn't it haunting to imagine the discussions within the department, knowing that the very place that took Chief Smith also claimed Officer Kimberly? Hopefully, there’s some closure for those affected, but I can’t shake the sense that there’s more behind this. Anyone have thoughts or more information on the history of that house or area?
