I'm just so saddened by the loss of Deputy Sheriff Frank Harbison. It seems like he had so much ahead of him, both professionally and personally. Even after so many years, the impact of his dedication seems to resonate profoundly, reminding us of the essential and often dangerous work law enforcement does daily.
