Lawrence Prue, also known as Andre, was found shot to death in Washington, D.C., in the early morning of Friday, April 13, 2007. The killing occurred about 3:00 a.m. at 3461 Eads Street NE. The Metropolitan Police Department’s Violent Crimes Branch is treating the death as a homicide.

No arrests or public suspect identifications have been announced, and the investigation remains open. The department is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information that leads to an arrest and conviction and is asking anyone with tips to contact detectives.
